Perfect location, it was very close to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps - only a 5 min walk. You could even walk to other major tourist attractions like the Pantheon very easily as the accommodation was centrally located. There's also easy access to the subways, with Baberini being the closest stop. This place also has a small lift so you don't have to worry about carrying heavy luggage. There is a shared coffee / kettle table within the reception area that you can only access between 8am and 8pm. The rooms are small-ish for 3 adults plus own suitcases, however it didnt bother us too much as we only needed a place to rest and sleep at night over 5 days. Breakfast is provided by a partnering cafe bar a few minutes away from the hotel. You'll be energised for the day from having breakfast here as they are generous with what they offer.

We stayed in the quadruple room, and it was perfect! The room was spacious, clean, and came with plenty of towels. They even provided complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits, which was a lovely touch. The location was unbeatable—11/10! It was close to fantastic restaurants, shops, and iconic landmarks like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The Colosseum was just a 20-minute walk away, and the metro station nearby made it easy to visit Vatican City. The staff were amazing—so friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, which really enhanced our trip. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great stay at Spagna Ave. It is in a great location. We were minutes away from the Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps. Other sites like the Pantheon and the Colosseum were also very close. The hotel is also close to lots of great restaurants and great shopping. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. We loved our room. It was nice and spacious, especially compared to other hotels in Europe. The ceilings on the rooms were also gorgeous. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was exceptional! The location is great, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Even though I expected noise during the night since the street is super central, it was surprisingly peaceful and we slept really well. The coffee and tea in the hallway was a nice touch, since you can have a cup in bed at any time of day. Literally everything was just perfect and we had a really nice stay.

Location is absolutely stunning! Walking distance from the most known places in Rome. I must also say that was one of the cleanest rooms I stayed in. Daily refreshing in cleaning is also very good! Some others comment negative about the noise but I truly cannot understand why, our room was on the first floor, on the main street and we couldn't hear anything annoying. Excellent choice....I totally recommend it.
